RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase while also protecting our business from misuse.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

3. RETURN PROCESS

Email us at info.incanth@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery

  1. Wait for return approval
  2. Ship item back within 14 days

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend tracked shipping (we are not responsible for lost returns)

5. REFUNDS

  • Issued within 14 days after inspection
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

We may deduct an amount if the item shows signs of use beyond necessary inspection.


6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence
  • We will offer a replacement or refund

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then contact us

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation must follow the return process

9. ABUSE & FAIR USE

We monitor return activity.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns from customers with excessive returns
  • Deny service where abuse is suspected

This does not affect your statutory rights.
